| Albeit this term is severely overused, Web 2.0 refers to a set of techniques used to improve website interfaces. Web 2.0 gives users more options and is also easier to use. As such, users benefit from an enriched Internet experience. These types of techniques are most notably found in 'Social networking websites' such as Facebook, MySpace and Flickr, hence the frequent comparison: Web 2.0 = social Web. Uchrony had been looking into Web 2.0 and using all the techniques enabling it to develop rich interfaces some time before the arrival of these social networking websites. As such, Uchrony exploits all aspects of Flex just as effectively as Ajax or even Flash to help to get the very best out of the Internet for its customers. |
